Small VESA Mount
WARNING
This mount is NOT a load bearing device. It is ONLY designed for use with the electronics enclosure kits sold by Built-To-Spec. Using it in another manner may result in damaging the mount or other equipment.
Step 1: Prep the Parts
The laser cut acrylic parts of the kit have a protective mask that keeps the parts from getting scratched up or marred during cutting. You'll need to peel this mask off all the parts before assembly.
Step 2: Attach the case mounts
The clips for the case mount are slotted so that they fit together in a cross configuration.
There are slots in the center of the VESA mount to receive the case mounting clips.
Place the clips on the slots with the double prongs facing the slot on the VESA mount and press firmly until the mount clips into place.
Step 3: Mount on your monitor/television
The mounting varies depending on your monitor/television. There are spacers and bolts included with the mount that should fit most VESA standard monitors/televisions, however if the manufacturer included bolts/screws in with your television or monitor you will need to use those instead. The spacers may not be necessary for your specific model of television or monitor.

Step 4: Install your case
On the bottom of compatible cases there are four holes in a cross configuration that matches the mounting clips.
Place the case so that the ovals on the top of the mounting clips line up with the slots on the bottom of the case.
Pressing down should secure the case in place on the clips.
Step 5: (Optional) Strap your case in
The VESA mount also includes tabs that you can use for a strap (not included in kit) to strap down your electronics. There is a strap slot on all four sides. This allows you to strap in cases if they will be experiencing a lot of movement in your installation. It is not required for installations that will be stationary.
